All paid plans are billed annually through Freemius. Your card is charged once per year on your signup anniversary unless you cancel first.
Is there a refund policy?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required to start it, so you can evaluate the full feature set before you're charged at all — there's no separate refund policy beyond that trial window.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
From your Freemius account (linked from your receipt email) or from CrawlPod → Settings → License in your WordPress admin. Changes take effect immediately — no reinstall required, since every tier ships in the same plugin package.
What happens if I cancel?
Paid features lock at the end of your current billing period. The free tier — crawler access control, llms.txt generation, crawler analytics, and the 7-check visibility score — remains fully functional and permanent, since it isn't tied to a license at all.
Can I switch between Pro, Business, and Ultra?
