Pro ($39/year) adds a 9-check AI Readiness Audit and bulk site scanning. Business ($79/year) adds brand protection: a hallucination firewall, competitor alerts, and a verified badge. Ultra ($149/year) adds vector-gap analysis, an AI sandbox, and MCP/agent tooling. Agency (coming soon) adds multi-site license management for teams managing several client sites. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Which plan is right for you?
- Solo blogger or small site → Pro. You want the full agentic-readiness audit and bulk scanning for a single site, without paying for brand-monitoring features you don't need yet.
- Business with brand-reputation concerns → Business. You care what AI systems say about your brand — Business adds hallucination detection, competitor-poisoning alerts, and a verified badge on top of everything in Pro.

Billing FAQ
How does billing work?
All paid plans are billed annually through Freemius. Your card is charged once per year on your signup anniversary unless you cancel first.
Is there a refund policy?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required to start it, so you can evaluate the full feature set before you're charged at all — there's no separate refund policy beyond that trial window.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
From your Freemius account (linked from your receipt email) or from CrawlPod → Settings → License in your WordPress admin. Changes take effect immediately — no reinstall required, since every tier ships in the same plugin package.
What happens if I cancel?
Paid features lock at the end of your current billing period. The free tier — crawler access control, llms.txt generation, crawler analytics, and the 7-check visibility score — remains fully functional and permanent, since it isn't tied to a license at all.
Can I switch between Pro, Business, and Ultra?
Yes, at any time. Upgrading unlocks the new tier's features immediately; downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. See Pro, Business, and Ultra for what each tier includes.
