Dynamic AI Promo Codes injects JSON-LD Offer schema onto product pages and adds a dedicated promotion section to llms.txt, so AI shopping agents can see current deals in a structured, machine-readable format rather than only in on-page marketing copy.

What it does

Create a promo code or discount in the CrawlPod dashboard and it's published two ways at once: as JSON-LD Offer schema attached to the relevant product pages, and as an entry in a dedicated promotion section of your site's llms.txt file. Multiple promos can run at the same time, each targeted to specific pages, and each expires automatically at the date you set.

Why it matters

AI shopping agents can surface a store's deals when recommending products, but only if the offer is in a structured, machine-readable format — an AI agent parsing a page for purchase recommendations is far more likely to reliably extract a JSON-LD Offer than to correctly interpret a banner graphic or a sentence of marketing copy. Publishing promotions this way puts a store's current deals in front of AI agents at the moment they're evaluating what to recommend.

How it works

Create a promo code from the CrawlPod dashboard.
Set the discount, expiry date, and which pages it applies to.
CrawlPod injects JSON-LD Offer schema onto the targeted pages and adds the promo to llms.txt.
Run multiple promos at once, each targeting different pages.
The promo is removed from both surfaces automatically at expiry.

Key concepts

Dynamic AI Promo Codes is available on the Business plan and above. The feature publishes offer data for AI agents and search engines to read — it doesn't process payments or enforce discounts at checkout, which remains the responsibility of your store's existing checkout and coupon system.
